Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective product or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.

Change of Mind: For standard returns (personal preference), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
3. Limited 3-Month Warranty All products include a 3-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects starting from the date of purchase.

Coverage: This covers verifiable functional defects in materials or workmanship.

Exclusions: Damage from accidents, misuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

Service: We will repair or replace defective items at our discretion. For warranty claims, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to send the defective product to our service center for inspection and repair. Once the warranty service is completed, LEDsupermall.com will cover the return shipping costs to send the repaired or replacement item back to the customer.
