1. Order Processing & Timeline

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+8).

  • Handling Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the following business day.

  • Shipment Confirmation: You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse in Shenzhen, China.

2. Shipping Rates & Methods

We offer Standard Tracked Shipping for all orders to ensure reliability and transparency.

  • Orders Over £39.00: FREE Standard Shipping.

  • Orders Under £39.00: A flat shipping fee of £5.00 will be applied to your order.

All shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before you finalize your payment.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

As we ship internationally from our warehouse in Shenzhen, China, the recipient is the importer of record. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

6. Important Shipping Notes

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We cannot redirect packages once they have been dispatched.

  • PO Boxes: Standard shipping is generally compatible with PO Boxes, but please provide a physical address if possible to ensure smooth delivery.

  • Excluded Regions: We currently do not ship to North Korea, South Sudan, or Palestine.
